I take the buying process as seriously as our buyers do, therefore I offer nothing but the highest quality of service to my clients. Buying your home is one of the most important purchase you will make, so make sure you have the right Realtor® who can provide you with the experience and the service you deserve.
Meeting Your Needs
This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions, I will establish what you are looking for. My goal is not to waste your time or mine by looking at properties that are not in your price range or homes that don’t meet your needs. Throughout the buying process I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.
Help You Get Pre-Qualified
This step will show you how much you can afford. This is accomplished by speaking with your financial institute and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with.
Home Shopping
We will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed with our office, offered through other real estate offices, and the Norman and Oklahoma City Multi-Listing Services, as well as unlisted properties. I will disclose all known facts about property that are likely to affect your decision. When I find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between you and the seller.
Consider this your home buyer’s toolkit. Open it up, take a look around, and if you like, start equipping yourself with the tools necessary to make your best purchase. In most businesses, knowledge equals power, and real estate is certainly no exception.
I hope you enjoy the free reports Iwe've provided, and I hope you learn a little more about what it takes to make your important purchase a great one.
The real estate market in Cleveland, McClain and Garvin Counties is certainly volatile, and all of the information about buying a home can be overwhelming. I can help.
When you're ready to act, contact me.
I fight on behalf of my buyers. I negotiate the absolute best price. I protect you. I simplify your transaction for you as much as possible.

As a real estate professional we will be able to show you any home that is available regardless of who the listing broker is. We will be more than happy to accompany you to any open house, new construction or available listing of your choice at a time of your choice.
We will save you endless hours of frustration by acting as a clearinghouse for all the available properties in your market area. We will provide you with the latest and possible financial alternatives, information on taxes, insurance, down payment and closing costs.
In addition, we will introduce you to new communities and neighborhoods if you choose, providing information on schools, shopping centers, recreational facilities and houses of worship.
Important points to remember:
- Excellent buys are often made on homes that require a little paint and soap. Two identical homes can be priced very differently apart when one needs only a minimal amount of work.
- Work closely with us, we can pre-screen homes that you see advertised and save you endless hours of work.
- Your parents, family or friends can contribute to the purchase of your home by way of a "Gift Note." Ask us for details about this simple procedure.
- A deposit in the form of cash or check must accompany each contract offer that you make on a home.
- If you are serious about buying a particular home it is important to price your offer correctly. You don't want to lose the home to a better offer.
- When your contract offer is presented to the seller he can accept it, or make a counter offer. Only when the seller accepts your offer and you accept his do you have a binding contract for sale.
