There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Oklahoma real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

WHO I AM
Licensed since 2002, I am a full-time REALTOR who specializes in land and residential real estate. My primary focus is on helping buyers and sellers in the communities surrounding Norman, Blanchard, Purcell, Goldsby, Washington, Lexington, Wayne, Maysville, Wynnewood, and Pauls Valley. I also assist buyers and sellers in other areas across Cleveland, McClain and Garvin Counties
I have built a reputation for honest, tireless work and innovation. I go to tremendous lengths to meet my clients' needs, and my unique marketing activities for my listings are proof of my commitment to using imagination and creativity to achieve quick and profitable home sales.
HOW I WORK
Over the years, my clients have repeatedly told me they selected me over other Realtors because of my "no-pressure" attitude (I am not the stereotypical "fast-talking" Realtor); my attentive, responsive service; my communication and follow-up skills (frequent updates and prompt return calls...always); and my unique approaches to attracting buyers to my listings and finding homes for my buyers (like my direct mail promotions).
